Empowering Rangatahi, Strengthening Communities

The RTR Teina Programme was created for tamariki in our rural communities who benefit from extra connection, encouragement, and opportunity.

We aim to:

Reduce barriers caused by location or access

Help young people discover their strengths

Nurture future leaders through fun, safe engagement

Why It Matters?

A New Way to Get Involved

Register Once. Be First in Line for Every Opportunity.

The RTR Teina Programme supports youth aged 11–15 through activity-based learning that builds confidence, friendships, and leadership skills.

  • While our delivery is currently based on available funding, registering now means your child will:
  • Get first access to upcoming activities
  • Receive automatic permission to attend (no forms each time!)
  • Be part of a trusted support network that values their growth

Fun, Active Learning

  • Team-based, hands-on group activities
  • Build confidence through movement and play

Social & Life Skills

  • Strengthen friendships and communication
  • Learn resilience, leadership, and self-worth

Supportive Community

  • Safe spaces with positive role models
  • Encouragement from trusted adults and peers

Real Stories. Real Impact.
