Empowering Rangatahi Into Sustainable Futures

Our programmes don’t just keep youth busy — they build confidence, skills, and clear pathways into education, employment, and entrepreneurship. We’re here to help rangatahi move from surviving to thriving.

Real Skills. Real Change. Back the Next Generation.

Your action today could open the door for a rangatahi tomorrow. Reach out and be part of the change.

Our Services

We offer mentoring, life coaching, education and employment support, and youth-led social enterprise training — all designed to empower rangatahi and strengthen whānau in Te Tai Tokerau.

RTR - Tuakana Program

A 14-week course for young people aged 15–24 who are not currently in employment, education, or training. We support their transition into meaningful pathways through mentoring, life skills, and tailored development plans.

RTR - Teina Program

A monthly activity-based mentoring group for rangatahi aged 11–15. This programme focuses on building trust, confidence, and connection through fun, hands-on experiences

Milk & Honey Collective (Coming Soon)

Our youth-led social enterprise initiative, where rangatahi can gain practical skills in retail, customer service, barbering, and beauty. It also doubles as a small business incubator, supporting young entrepreneurs to test and sell their own products — all while helping sustain our community services.

Why Choose Us

Holistic Support for Rangatahi

We don’t just focus on one area — we support the whole person. From emotional wellbeing to employment and education, our programmes are tailored to real needs.

Real-Life Pathways, Not Just Talk

Our services lead to real outcomes. Whether it’s a first job, new skills, or reconnecting with education, we walk alongside rangatahi as they take the next step.

Led by Lived Experience

Our team knows the challenges rangatahi face — because many of us have lived them. That means deeper understanding, authentic connection, and practical guidance.

Whānau-Centred and Community-Driven

We work in partnership with whānau and the wider community, building trust and creating change that lasts across generations.

Real Stories. Real Impact.
